About RACCA
REGIONAL AIR CARGO CARRIERS ARE AN IMPORTANT LINK BETWEEN SMALL-TOWN AMERICA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD, DELIVERING EVERYTHING FROM THE CRITICAL TO THE ROUTINE.
A Message from RACCA President Jim Goddard

Dear Members, Colleagues and Friends:
As President of RACCA, I am grateful to represent our dedicated community of Part 135 and Part 121 cargo carriers—operators who connect small communities to major hubs through crucial feeder flights that make next-day delivery possible. Our members work tirelessly, night and day, ensuring that everything from important documents to essential raw materials reaches its destination on time.
Since our founding in 2002, we have grown to include over 95 percent of eligible operators, and we are committed to advancing our industry’s safety, investing in our workforce and advancing innovation to meet the needs of our industry's growth and potential. We greatly value the unique opportunities to bring our members together, especially at our Annual Conference each year.
Together, through our enduring collaboration and dynamic engagement, we will drive innovation, redefine industry standards, and shape the future of air cargo.

Sincerely,
Jim Goddard
