Shipping Information

Please arrange for all Table Top Displays to arrive prior to the start of the conference and no later than Friday, September 26th.

Set-Up & Breakdown Information

​Set-up for Tabletops may begin at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30.​Breakdown for Tabletops may begin at 12:00 PM on Thursday,

October 2.

Displays:

Must be fully set up by 5:30 PM on September 30, as the Opening Cocktail Reception begins promptly at 5:45 PM.

Display locations:

Will be clearly marked by company name, and location changes will not be permitted.

​

Display Breakdown & Shipping:

Please box your displays up and place either on the floor in front of your table or on the table. Please have shipping labels printed for return and affix to boxes and leave everything. Shippers will be called and will pick up all boxes.
